Mould injection molding is a processing method used in the batch production of some chaotic shapes. The detailed principle refers to that: the plastic raw materials that are melted by heat are pushed into the cavity of a plastic mold by high-pressure injection from the screw of an injection molding machine, and after cooling and solidification, plastic molded products are obtained.

The plastic mold is composed of a movable mold and a fixed mold. The movable mold equipment is on the moving template of the injection molding machine, and the fixed mold equipment is on the fixed template of the injection molding machine. During the injection molding, the movable mold and the fixed mold are closed to form a pouring system and a cavity. When the mold is opened, the movable mold and the fixed mold are separated to take out plastic products.

Although the structure of the mold may be ever-changing due to different types and functions of plastic, the shape and structure of plastic products, and the type of injection machine, the structure of the mold is common. The mold is mainly composed of a pouring system, a temperature control system, a molding part and a structural part. During the casting system and molding parts are directly touched with the plastic, and change with the plastic and products, it is a mess of plastic molds, the change is large, and the processing finish and precision are required.

Injection molds are things that produce plastic products; they also give plastic products a good structure and accurate dimensions. Injection molding is a processing method used in batch production of some messy shapes. In detail, it means that the plastic melted by heat is injected into the cavity of the mold at a high pressure from an injection molding machine, and after cooling and solidification, a molded product is obtained.
